    Tbon, that's entirely up to a select group of people filed away in some corporate office in Manhatten. Believe it or not, it's called trand forecasting. But there is no radar equiptment or weather patterns about it. It's all depended on what THEY THINK SHOULD be in next season. What you see on this page is just an example of a photographer noticing a streen trend. It's called the upward flow theory.
